In 2003 she founded the independent consulting firm Labmedia, dedicated to Research & Development and Human Resources for the audiovisual industry.
Labmedia develops Strategic Marketing research for Broadcasters, provides research on territories and Production Guides to Film Commissions, organizes matchmaking industry events, analyzes the intersections between advertising and editorial content, and trains Human Resources for Media.
After conceiving and directing the only Italian research on audiovisual work, “Tv job”, in 2007 she also undertook the activity of Head Hunter for Media, selecting professionals for Broadcasters, Audiovisual Producers and Distributors, Advertising, Communication and Media agencies.
Media training initiatives for universities, educational institutions and professional associations include the three-year activity of Designer and Scientific Curator of the Master in Series Development, organized by Civica Scuola di Milano Luchino Visconti in partnership with Netflix (2021-2024).
